Discount Glasses

So would it be legal to throw a returned tire through Discount Tire’s window as the commerical suggests?
The commerical encourages you to bring back a product e.g. tire that you are not satisfied with and throw it through the window breaking the glass.
I was thinking maybe the company kept replacement sheets of glass so that customers may do this.
It’s probable not legal, but it would be funny as hell.
